Submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI)
Please refer to the
following description for information on what must be included in your EOI for a Workshop on a Canadian Biodiversity Observation Network Application Form. A completed form must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF). Important: Do not alter the format of the PDF document before submission.
Note you will be asked to complete the self-identification questionnaire. This information increases NSERC’s capacity to monitor its progress on increasing equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in its programs, to recognize and remove barriers, and to design new measures to achieve greater EDI in the research enterprise. If you do not want to self-identify, you have the option to choose “I prefer not to answer” for each question, but you are required to select a response for the questionnaire to be marked as complete. Self-identification information is not part of your EOI and will not be shared with other EOI submissions. Once the questionnaire has been completed, you will be able to upload your EOI.
Your EOI must be submitted to NSERC by
8 p.m. (ET) on May 31, 2021 to be considered for attendance at the workshop. However, EOIs will be accepted until September 30, 2021 in order to enhance the collection the collection of information on relevant activities as well as for inclusion on follow-up communications from the workshop.
